We are going to a resort and getting a room on the beach. We also will be going to this nice place for dinner. What are some UNEK Ideas that I can do to make the night more special.

Grown up answers only please, I don't need the opinions from "little boys" who just say have sex.....

My wife and I just had a heated argument. She says she is going to file a police report tomorrow. I did not hurt her or threaten her. We yelled, got close and yelled. She hit me in the face six times. She spit in my face. I spit back. That's when she said she was calling the police.

My spitting back was wrong, and pulling the phone from her hand to try to reason with her was wrong. But in no way did I plan to scare or hurt her. I never have and couldn't imagine doing anything like that.

I am concerned on two parts:
1) Her filing a report - how does this affect my record? Is it public? CAN EMPLOYERS SEE IT?
2) She hit me in the face. That's HER abusing me. I am not worried about being harmed but ****, that's not exactly love.

Any legal advice?

My dad used to have a watch that when he moved his wrist it winded up by itself.. I cant remember the name for it.. It didnt need batteries if i remember correctly.. but i was young..
I know he looked for one once but couldnt find one..
Anyone know what the name of them are??
I really want to get him one for christmas.. Please help.

Returned item which was obviously used but being sold as if it were new. Was told to get a new product and so went and took 2 boxes from shelf. Started to open boxes in front of them to ensure that products were new.

A lady standing next to cashier, ordered me in a very rude tone that I had to repack what I opened. I was in a rush and didn't like her tone, plus I thought that sort of stuff was what they were paid to do, and I told her so. Then it escalated into a war of words, with her trying to say that she was lp and that I had to leave the store, and I refusing to leave until I got what I came for. I said I was going to complain to her manager, and take her picture and put it on the net, and she said that that wasn't legal and she was going to have me arrested.

Finally a supervisor came, enabling me to complete the return. But as I started to leave the lp laid hands on me and pushed me out, insulting me. Other lp male made threats of violence and insults. They crossed the line.

Many people are posting questions about whether the Patriots are the best ever, but I haven't seen any really organize the results. I'll add up your votes tomorrow and post the results here. I'll give 10 points for a first place vote, 9 for second, and so on.

I'm a Cowboys fan, but I'd say (unhappily) that the 70s Steelers are the best team ever. However, if the Patriots win the Super Bowl this year I would move them up to 1st or 2nd. They're very good.

Here's my list (preference is giving to multiple wins). You can rate these teams or others that you like.

1 - 70s Steelers
2 - 60s Packers
3 - 90s Cowboys
4 - 80s 49ers
5 - 00s Patriots
6 - 70s Dolphins
7 - 90s Broncos
8 - 70s Cowboys (first Super Bowl)

I have a feeling..that the nonreligious christmas was created by corporations to make us buy stuff. I mean even in the christmas songs. It's like a commercial. I heard a piece of a song and it said ".....it's the most wonderful time of the year"....To my ears all the christmas songs about rudolph and presents and santa...they all seem like a commercial. Good advertising message so that we go and shop for gifts. It's like saying "go and shop for gifts and you will find yourself in this wonderful christmas world" "Don't buy and your kids will be disappointed in you"

So people do actually feel like they have to go and buy christmas Gifts to make people happy.

For those who do not know the three Laws

1.An object will remain at rest, or continue to move at a constant velocity, unless an external net force acts upon it.

2. Net force on an object is equal to its rate change of momentum.

3. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The thing is that there are exceptions to the three laws. In particular when very small scales, very high speeds, or extreme gravity come into play.

Dose that mean we should no longer teach the three laws to school children, or should we stop a sixth-grade class to explain General relativity?

He grew up there, and went to school there...signed a contract through 2013 just last year...said he was going to be here for a long time and got them just 1 win shy of making the national championship...and now hes gone before they even play their bowl game!?!?! He claims that hes not coaching them in their bowl because "he doesnt want it to be a distraction" but thats a load of crap..he wouldnt have left if he cared about the team and distraction...Maybe him and Belien are butt buddies? Thats all I can think of and to see him lying the past few days at news confrences makes me pissed that I ever liked him

I rescued 2 kittens from a farm a couple of months ago and have fallen in love. They are the sweetest brothers...playing and making us laugh all the time. They are going to be neutered on Thursday. I've heard its not such a big deal, but I am nervous that when they come home they will be different. I like how crazy they can be sometimes. I know its important that the pet population is controlled, but I still feel bad doing this to them. Is it normal for me to feel so awful?? I just want them to still be happy and loving...
