I am a Christian and so I say Merry Christmas. I have complete respect for all other religious holidays, I am not trying to push my religion on anyone else. But am I the only one who feels that if not for CHRISTMAS, there would be no holiday shopping and festiveness? I'm fed up with major businesses saying Happy Holidays! It is my holiday that is spending most of their money on these holidays, I think I atleast deserve to hear a Merry Christmas on the commercials. I dunno, it just really irks me. So every chance I get, I say Merry Christmas, because I'm sorry, but JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON! Does anyone else feel this way? Like I said, I'm not trying to push my religion on anyone here, but I do believe in this one particular aspect of the holidays....

I have 3 healthy kittens and thei're mother has just been ran over (words can't express what I feel). I live in a backwater place where there aren't any vets qualified with cats. Another big problem is that it would take at least a month for a can of kitten formula to get where I live (don't move to the caribbean).

I know they are intolerant so sucrose and lactose, are other sugars okay? I read somewhere that that pure chicken baby food is okay (maybe not for 18 days though). I'm planning on scraping off bits from vitamin suplaments, easy on the iron though.

P.S. my father is an asshat that insists red bull is a good way to give them taurine...

I have a single-shareholder LLC under subchapter S.
In my spare time I get a little bit of work translating legal documents (English-Finnish, English-German). For 2007 it probably looks like $ 6,843.79 of gross receipts. I would declare as "wages" $ 1,640.32, or about 4.2:1 receipts:wages.

My questions:
1) is that a decent ratio of receipts:wages, or could a person potentially be able to get sth better?
2) "compensation of officers": if I am the sole shareholder of the LLC with S corp. tax treatment, could I give myself a small compensation as officer w/o having to figure it in as "wages"? $200? more?

all i know about the bike is that. the bike is a yamaha. the motor has a YICS inline four cylinder engine with one tail pipe that goes off to the right side. not sure how many gears the tranny. the bike is shaft driven on the left side with a rear drum brake. the bike has duel front disk brakes.

I need help on deciding what to do for high school! I'm a freshman this year with all A's. I've been homeschooled (its a place where you take some classes at a special school, and some you can do at home) since 6th grade, and my grades have significantly gotten better since then. I'm still getting A's (which is an accomplishment), but I kinda want to go to a public high school. The only thing is, I have a negative history with some people there, I'm definately not the most social person, kinda shy, and I'm afraid of not fitting in. My homeschooling place isnt the best place for having a social life, though the people there are pretty nice. But I still think I should have some social life during high school years. Should I go to public highschool next year, or stay where I am? I need your take on this!!! =]

I've developed an extremely painful perineum lump that's about the size of a dime. I noticed it last week and since then it's grown and become more painful; irritating to sit or walk. I don't think it's a Bartholin Cyst though due to it's location. To be a bit more graphic it's closer towards the anus than the vaginal entrance, and I've noticed a significant increase of vaginal discharge since discovering the lump. I'm just having a difficult time finding any information about perineum lumps and what to expect. I'll be scheduling a doctor's appointment for this week in the morning.
