i have learned in a book i read "chew on this" that mcdonalds is a very big heath hazrd and there meat has poop in it. Should i stop eating there just because a book says so?

About 6 years ago I started suffering from bad swelling in my hands and feet. It could happen very suddenly and could last upto 6 hours. Then it would dissapear at quickly as it came. The swelling is red and feels like an itchy burn. The worst instance was when my index finger expanded to twice its size. My doctor could not diagnose it.
It hasn't happened for a few years now but its recently started again, all be it not as bad as it used to be. It seems to happen when the weather gets a little colder.

Has anybody got any idea what could be causing this???

I'm just curious. I have finally found a recipe that I like but am wondering how other vegans make their hot cocoa- since I'd love to try something new. I'm interested in dry mix versions as well as on the spot requires fresh "milk" versions.

(My current recipe is very basic: soy milk, sugar, cocoa, and very important... a big splash of vanilla extract.)

Suggestions for other variations I should try?

How do I tell him that miracles happen and wishes DO come true, but this particular one is not going to happen. His father and I have been divorced for four years. I'm remarried to a wonderful man (who my son adores truly) and his father is dating a great woman who loves him too. Still, all children wish they parents would get back together...so they will have EVERYONE they love in their lives daily. I know that. Some suggestions as to what to say to a little nine year old so he still believes in wishes, miracles and prayers...granted.

I love racing. I want to race in stock cars when I grow up. But I'm not sure if I should go to a racing school or just start racing on dirt tracks. I'm not sure how you can enter to race at the dirt track and how old you have to be.
