I like to cook salmon steaks for about 3 minutes, turn after 2 minutes, depending upon the thickness.
Salt lightly before cooking and serve with a wedge of lemon or lime.

Shrimp Scampi

-1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp.
-8 table spoons of softened butter.
-1 tablespoon of chardonnay
-1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
-3 cloves of minced garlic.

Mix all the ingredients except shrimp together place shrimp in bottom of a glass baking dish, and put the butter mix on top and bake for 20-30 minutes on 350 degrees. After pink, place the shrimp on top of a bed of pasta.

Pescado diablo

Preheat oven to 500

In a covered cassorole dish lay flounder fillets,cover with cream cheese pieces,cover with lox.Repeat twice more to make three layers, fill in around edges with breadcrumbs. dot with butter and pour white wine arounf edge. grate romano on top, cover. cook 15 minutes covered then 5 minutes open to brown.mmmm
