These dogs are smart and loyal, they expect their routine and can be trained well. The do make wonderful pets, but can become cranky if their routine is interrupted. I had a dog like this and unfortunately gave him to my girl friend because she thought he was so cute, he got cranky right away when things became different in the routine. They tend to be loyal and independent.
