did the framers of the constitution and founders of the american system of gov't want to make a giant superpowerful tax collecting machine that would cease the funds of the haves and redistribute them to all the have nots in north and central america for health care? why not europe? are there any europeans who have no health care? shouldnt the un cease peoples funds and redistrubute them?

Little doubt that increased CO2 is causing some global warming resulting from human activities, but are there any global modeling showing how much global warming is being caused by man? Seems like that is an important question to be addressed, given that the costs that would be demanded to control CO2 emissions. Any links showing a cost/benefits anlaysis?

We aranged to me meet with eachother so naturaly I planed the date out, booked a restourant and cinema tickets, rented a movie out and pretty much planed it down to the last minute. Then he says he can't come and was intimidated by the fact I'd planed it so much. Is this typical of most men?

I don't know whether I should tell him how disapointed I am in him, I'm 21 and he's 38, I realy would have expected more bravery from a man of his age. He says the next time we can meet up is after new years, I'm not sure if I can wait that long :(

I am currently a high school Junior and I was wondering if I the following classes are considered extracirrucular activites used in college admissions. These are the classes I took or am taking right now.
1) College Now
2) Saturday Health Academy
3) Genetic Enginerring
4) Science Research
5) Accounting 1
6) Volunteer work at library (It is service work but is it considered extracurricular?)
7) Internship at School guidance office.

I love wiener dogs and I want to know more about them. What I already know is that they can break thier spine real easy. I really like long haired wiener dogs. If you have any websites I should go to you have the fredem to tell me. Are they the right kind of dog for me? I like to watch movies and I like to go out side and play. I like this guy named Jacob, and I'm pretty sure he has no idea i exist. He is quiet, and he has drama right before I do. He has black hair, and he is japanese, and I used to live in japan. All of his friends tell me i should just go up to him and say hey but i get shy and i need another alternative. i dont know what to do. i changed my complete style to get his attention. i want to just go up to him and be like hii i'm brianna. but omgggg i cant do that. i have never met a guy that has given my butterflies, but he does, major major butterflies. i will be walking down the hall and he looks at me but i dont know what he is thinking about me, and when i do make eye contact with him i get butterflies and i bite the edge of my lip and look down at the ground. i dont know what to do to get his attention without totally embarrassing myself. he came into my drama class and he was talking to me and i tightened up and i couldnt answer him, so please help me, cause i cant even talk to him

my doggy took her toy outside and left it there and didnt bring it back in when she came in from going potty. i didnt notice it was outside because i wasnt the last one to let her out to go potty but now its raining and shes walking around the house crying because she cant find it. its wet and i dont want it leaving wet trail marks all over the hardwood floors (im visiting at my moms or it wouldnt be such a big deal to me) its one of those like, stringy tug-of-war toys. you know like, the ones with the knots in it. i just dont want to put it in the dryer and ruin it. i dont know if it will melt or shrink or anything but she always carrys it around and sleeps with it, its like her security blanket. she doesnt like to be without it. does anyone know if it would be okay or so i just need to let it air dry?
