Absolutely! You have no idea who your child is spending time with nor with whom!!! If your ex- goes back to court, then he must give the exact number of hours he can and WILL spend with the child!

Do you feel threatened by this person. I am guessing this is a woman friend he has. How can he work so many hours in a day and still have time with your son or others? Why would this person want to spend all that time with your son without the father being there? Eventually this person will get tired of taking care of a child that isn't there own. I would try to fight it in court but something seems funny.

Your child has the right to see his father unless you think that his father is in some way dangerous to him. If you don't think his father's work situation is conducive to seeing your child, talk to him and try to work something out. Maybe change the visitation such that he can let you know when he has days off and then see his son on those days. Flexible visitation might work better, but only if you are willing to truly be flexible. Remember that your son has the right to see his father and that no matter the history between the two of you that it would be detrimental to your son to keep him from his parent.

Yes, the visitation is for HIM and his family, not a maid or girlfriend or neighbor to raise.
Why bite the hand that is supporting your child?
Think about what is best for your child-not dragging your ex into court for nothing.
Sounds like sour grapes and other forms of bitterness. It will poison YOU and your child.
Denying visitation is going to backfire on you. YOur son will resent you.
Protect your CHILD, not your ego.

Yes, you can petition the court for a change in visitation.
Ask yourself this, is he working those hours to make enough money to pay you child support and alimony?

Take him back to court and get an order for this. Protect yourself and your son in case he wants to get funny ideas about this.

You cannot deny him visitation unless the courts give you the authority.
