I am currently a high school Junior and I was wondering if I the following classes are considered extracirrucular activites used in college admissions. These are the classes I took or am taking right now.
1) College Now
2) Saturday Health Academy
3) Genetic Enginerring
4) Science Research
5) Accounting 1
6) Volunteer work at library (It is service work but is it considered extracurricular?)

1,2,4,6,7 are courses that I take after school. 1 and 2 are courses I take with college students at my local college for free, for 4, I have to work outside school hours with a mentor inorder to complete my research proposal to be entered at various competitions.

No. The meaning of "extracurricular" is that it is outside the curriculum, or not a class. The ONLY thing on your list that would count as an extracurricular activity would be the volunteer work at the library, and only if it was not a class. Extracurricular activities are things like sports, music, theater, clubs, etc.
