brush yourself off and try again :) No, its going to be a GREAT weekend. Here in FL we are getting a cold front...so its going to be in the 70s instead of the 80s lol UGH! It doesnt feel like the Holidays! Chin up and smile, you never know whos looking

Take your Bible out and read it if you are a christian. Call a friend-read a good book-watch a good movie-make cookies-surf the net-spend time taking in the holiday sights-take a long walk and breathe in the nice cool air-thank God you are alive and healthy-last but not least....don't give up...Have a Happy Holiday

Coming from a christian point of view...God has everything happen for a reason so if you have a bad weekend God planned it that way for a reason......but, dont anticipate a bad weekend just try to have as much fun as you can don't let anyone take away your happy they dont have the right to.

Try and think positive...I know it's hard to do, but sometimes it helps get through bad feelings/anxiety. Go and do something nice for yourself...maybe a pedicure/manicure or buy yourself a nice tube of lipstick or something like that. Don't worry, things will get better.

Rent a a good dvd or two, borrow a book from the library,,stock up with your favorite snacks and just make it a good weekend.
