Yesterday I and my boyfriend was shopping at mall. When we were in food court, there was this one guy who looked at me and smiled at me.

Since my bf is very jealous type, he didn't like this so he walked up to this guy to talk to him. This guy suddenly put his bags down, as my bf get close, my bf doesn't want to fight so he tried to push this guy down. But the guy elbowed him in the face then punches him a couple time then kicked him in the thigh. My bf was trying to back away but the guy keep coming forward and kicked him in side then the head. My bf was down and unable to get up or walk for a long time.

After the polices came and talk to witnesses, they all say that my boyfriend was the one who started it. They also say since the guy was deaf, it isn't surprising he took my bf's action as a threaten. All witness say my boyfriend tried to attack this guy.

But my bf got two broken ribs, cannot bend his leg at all because of muscle pain, need 14 stitches in face.

i was 5 years old and my birth mom put me up for adoption i was adopted on Jan. 22 1973 my 5 th birthday was on march the 19 of 1973. i was abused before i was adopted and never told my adopted mom until i was grown. it made her feel bad she would have took them to court if she would have known about it. but i was a only child until i was 11 years old. that is the begining of the story. then i will talk about how my life was with my new parents. then my kids and my life with so many drunks. and my divorce too. so what do you think so far? i suck at spelling and i went a few semi. of college but, never could spell so if you got any advice let me know

There are white things, for lack of a better term on them. They look like pods, or little shells, they are of a soft nature, as in they collapse with a little bit of pressure. Any ideas as to what it may be?

We just found out our poor little guy has fleas! He has an appointment at the groomers on Thursday night to get his nails trimmed, a bath and the mats behind his ears cut out (hes a collie mix so he gets them quite a bit)
I dont want to take him though if theres a risk he might give fleas to another dog.
We got Advantage from the vet this morning, but I was wondering if we apply it now, can he still go to the groomers on Thursday? Im not sure because one, I dont know if thats enough time for it to work and two, if theres is still a chance another dog there can get fleas from him.

Ok, last week I found out my boyfriend had been cheating on me. I confronted him about it at his place but he wouldn't admit it. We argued for a while until he finally admit he'd been cheating on me for 3 months.

I'm really not usually a violent person at all but that p***ed me off so much, I just punched him as hard as I could in the jaw. It knocked him out cold. I'm only 17. I'm athletic but not muscular (I'm a cheerleader) and he's 21 and pretty buff. I totally didn't expect it! I was just angry. He was knocked out for about 40 minutes. It was really funny, but when he came to he freaked out. He went to the cops and I've been charged with assault. Was I in the wrong?

Hi. I'm Laura. I'm 18, a single teen mom, graduated high school in June w/ honors. I'd been with my boyfriend for 3 years & I loved him more than I ever thought possible, despite the fact that most days he treated me like crap. Eventually I came to realize that it wasn't right for me to let him treat me so badly. It got to the point where I stopped caring about him romantically, you know? So we broke up about a month ago, & I'm feeling better than I have in @ least a year. However, now there's this guy @ work who's been calling me these past few days. I liked him a lot, but now I realize his intentions aren't good. He thinks just because I'm a teen mommy I must be a slut. To be honest with you I lost my virginity to my baby's dad. But because of my circumstances, my coworker thought I was easy and that really hurt my feelings. Maybe no one's ever gonna love me for who I am anymore, they'll just want sex . i have a 2000 chevy blazer and it started making this bad rattling noise and i assumed it was coming from the catty converter because the vehicle has almost 200,000 miles on it anyway and soo after about 2 weeks after this started my sister borrowed my vehicle (the blazer) and took it 4-wheeling without me knowing and f*ucked up the transmission well the garage said when it took it in for the tranny repair it was just the valve body because of the Service engine light code and they also said that they thought the noise was coming from the transmission and that the tranny wouldn't last long making that noise but the transmission was fine b-4 she took it 4-wheeling in fact just replaced (it was making the noise b-4 she srewed it up...) do u think the noise is coming from the tranny or the catalytic converter? it does it in all gears sometimes and sometimes not... it REALLY hard to tell where it is coming from... i had the fluid & filter recently changed and it was normal red not burned..

I've been taking creatinine and protein shakes for the last 3 months; I work out 5 days a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week, and that's the time the triglycerides went up from 172 in July 07 to 332 in Nov 07. I eat very healthy and do a lot of exercise and cardio; I'm very muscular so I'm a big guy for my height but I only have 20% fat weight. Is this increase in triglycerides normal in such a short period of time? and is there a study showing that creatinine and protein suplements can affect the liver producing more triglycerides; my kidney doctor ckeched the kidney functions and glucose and all that hasn't been affected at all. Please advice.

I am on Q & A for a bit of light relief, fun. All of a sudden I noticed I only needed 7 points to get to level 3! WOW!
I don't do points but, I got a bit excited and thought Hey!, level 3 up with the big boys ( or slightly bigger boys).
So, there I was, beavering away, trying desperately to answer these Q's to get to level 3!! How sad am I
But I DID IT! I am now level 3!
Longway behind most of you but it's a breakthrough for me.

Me and my boyfriend were together for 4 years. I loved him but he got another girl pregnant and we are still friends but he claims he still loves me. I just don't think he's being fair to do what he done and think I should stick around. I believe in second chances but we really have no future together anymore. Also, is there something I can do. I had pimple-like brownish spots on my face and I think popped due to cold weather and dry skin. I scratched one by mistake, and now I have like a line scar in effect!. I believe it has to do with acne? but anyways the bottom line is that it left marks, brownish dots and one line "scarish" left on my face. Anyone know if it is permanent or can you treat it and gain your natural skin back? I think proactive might work but I wasn't sure if it would heal or remove marks on my face. Any help appreciated.

I'm going to call this the competitive wage theory. I will say that if countries compete in paying their citizens the cheapest wages and benefits with the job that the country will produce those resources and industrialization is bound in that country. An example is China workers versus USA workers. China workers get paid less, so industrialization is more common there than here in the USA. Whoever loses in the competitive wage theory is bound to create another facet of employment from the products produced from industrialization of those products. We see it today that USA is a service economy, no industrialization, but tons of salespeople. Our labor does not pollute, but persuades. Their labor doesn't persuade, but pollutes. Me personally, I think industrial jobs are harder work, but you should be getting paid more so the government of China did not create strong currency rates of employment so the more expensive work is in China.

Several years back, I ordered a pizza over the phone. I waited about 1/2 hour, anxiously licking my chops. I was starving! Suddenly, there came a knock at the door. It was a guy with a pizza in his hand. But wait! It wasn't from the place I ordered a pizza from. It was from a major pizza delivery service. The guy asked for the money, and I told him: " Hey, I didn't order from you guys"! Bullsh*t! The guy shouted. You'd better cough up the money now.! I restated myself, but he just stood there cursing at me for 5 minutes. Finally, my mother came to the door, and got involved. We showed the guy the coupon from the pizza place we ordered from, and he finally backed off. Afterwards, I called the his manager and complained. What would you have done?
