1. Let's say that in seals, the gene for the length of the whiskers has two alleles. The dominant allele (W) codes for long whiskers & the recessive allele (w) codes for short whiskers. What percentage of offspring would be expected to have short whiskers from the cross of two long-whiskered seals, one that is homozygous dominant and one that is heterozygous? Explain your answer and use a punnett square.

2. You are experimenting with flies in which red eyes (R) are dominant over white eyes (r). If the mother has white eyes, and the father is heterozygous. What are the expected results for genotype and phenotype?

She claimed it was just naiveness and some anger. A guy who had chased her for a year before she and I ever met had still been trying to get with her while we where together. She initially hid our relationship saying she was busy everytime he asked her out (she acutally did this even when single when blowing guys off its true). But my concern is that she became his cheerleader, while we where together and one day he told her he is ready to hang out when she is and she went off on this rant and at the end of it said she is not sure how much longer we would be together. She was also burning him CD's (though she never met up). I asked her if he was on her myspace friends list and she said no but he was. I can't picture her liking this guy, he is ugly has no game or money and she is the christian no sex before marriage type. She says she was just venting. I don't know what the truth is. I broke up with her. She did a lot to try to work it out. But I feel relieved for now...

My best friend just found out today that the guy she likes older brother dies today of a drug over dose. She didn't know him that well, but she knows his family pretty well. Will you pray for them especially since it's Christmas time and they will now have one less family member to spend it with. I have never met the guy that died, but I also know his brother and sister and I really feel for them a lot. Another thing, what do you think the chances of them seening him again is? You know, in Heaven. He did die of a drug overdose, but his family is so spiritual. I don't know how he was in his heart, but I'm just wondering what you all think. Also, please no rude comments like 'How do I know you're telling the truth' or 'he deserved to die' this is a very serious topic. The Bible says that where 2 or more are praying, there His Spirit will be. I believe that If we really pray for this family, then hopefully they can get through this without it being quite as hard. Thank you!

i happened to met someone today who practically use the word
"EVIDENTLY" 5 times for our short time of chatting (about 2 munites the most) i didn't care much for him. I did not pay attention to what he said. all i remembered is that he used that word 5 times. is that the same as eventually? I actually never use that word..
