I'm just wondering how other parents feel about this week long celebration at Disney World..

I don't really have an opinion other than that Disney World is a place for kids, and if all of the things I've read about Gay Days is true, then I certainly won't be taking my son June3-9 next year. I'm not homophobic, but I don't want my son asking me why men are kissing and groping each other in the park. IDK

Hey everyone,

Ok, so I'm going to go into a respiratory therapy program soon, and I just got put onto diversion for a domestic battery ordeal, (me and my boyfriend got into a fight, got arrested, and basically were pushed into the diversion program). Anyways, my question is this... the program states that if the clinical sites do a background check and won't let you work there because of something they find, you get dismissed from the program since you can not complete your clinicals. Does anyone know if a diversion program like this would stop a site from letting me do my clinicals there, or if it shows up on a background check at all? Anyone gone through something similar? Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to get half way through the program and get dismissed. Thanks!

Please pray for me, I have a final in 9 hours, another on thursday and another next monday..

I know it sounds weird, but i really need to pass.....allot is riding on this semester, and if i can get through this semester i know im going to graduate, this is going to be the make it or break it.....

its down to these 3 tests...all i need is a C on these and ill be fine...

the one im worried a little about is the one on thurs, i heard the teacher is getting fired, becuase of complaints that he sucks, i hope he doesn't take it out on the test, and make it super hard. .i think with prayer and study..it should be ok...please pray for me on this next one...i really need it ....

My private medical insurance co. over-reimbursed my credit card for medical services I received. Then, my credit card company deposited this over-payment into my personal bank account! Now, I am sitting on $25,000 OF MONEY THAT'S NOT "MINE"!
Legally, I am probably liable & bound to notify & return it, right?! Can someone give me my OTHER options??
I live in Japan, & the private company is based out of Australia.

Would it be better and more efficient to charge a 12v battery with a generator that produces 350v and 15 amps at 2,000RPM or a generator that produces 50v and 50amps at 2,000RPM? In general which is better for charging, amps or volts?

My guppy gave birth to 20 fry 2 weeks ago. I asked this question and got very little answers. My guppy has 4 red threads coming out of her er.....you know and she going to have more fry in aprox 3 weeks. Im a little worried as i think it looks like worms but can fish get worms? My father cosigned on a car with me in 2004, I had the credit score he had the credit history, I got pregnant, went on maternity leave in October, lost my job, Got 5 job offers in December, father took the car and didn't give it back. In November I paid $790 for a tune up so the car was like brand new. Father made me drive a car that had bad tags and plates a cop saw me driving it and threatened to give me a ticket, mind you, my car was still working and my father had a brand new truck sitting in the driveway while he drove my car down, Long story short, parents told me they wouldn't give me my car back because they were paying on it, car got repoed- found out he called the company and told them not to send me any paper bills. Car got auctioned, stuck with a $3800 bill, step dad says he's not paying a cent! Should I sue for half because he's cosigner or whole thing, because I didn't know they weren't paying.

Hi,

My husband and I are in the middle of an acrimonious period. He wants a divorce, but refuses to move out until we have a custody agreement in place (an attorney told him if he moved out I could claim abandonment). Anyway, I can't stand having him here and want to take his keys. We are in a rental apartment in California. We seperated last year, and I rented this apartment in my name only. Five months ago, he moved in when we attempted a reconciliation, but his name was NOT added to the lease. Can the police force me to let him back in?

Neither of us have filed any divorce, seperation, or custody claims as of yet.
