Is poverty the sign of disability?why and how?

so many countries in the wporld are currently poor and back ward but ,they have equal physical and human resources ,so can we say that they are poor b/c they disable to perform or use these resources effeciently or either any case behined pooverty?

No, its more ecological..most poorer countries have poor climates and no natural resources. Hense very little to trade.. Contrast this wit countries like Iran/Iraq which are very wealthy due to the massive natural resources (oil) that they have!

No,it's poverty which brings disability.Many countries are poor due to historical reasons but continue to be so due to political,religious,social,geographical and economical reasons.At the base is the uneven distribution of wealth and resources.

Poor Countries do NOT have the resources. That is the whole issue. There is not enough food for the people, there is not enough jobs, there is not enough for them to export.

They are poor because these countries are sustaining the rich countries with their resources
The ex-colonies in Africa for example, they did not win their independence because of good will, but because buying their cheap resources suits rich countries
They could not do it but corrupt guvernements make sure it happens this way. Oh, and who makes sure these corruption is there? Guess.

You'll actually find that the poorest areas of Earth are the most religious ones. (Bible Belt USA,South America, Middle-East, India, Islamic states in Africa, old Yugoslavia etc.)
