10 min = 600 sec
Speed = 10 000 / 600 m/s
Speed = 1 00 / 6 m / s
Speed = 16.7 m/s

10km per 10min
= 1km/min
= 1000m/60sec
= 16.666666..m/s
= 16.7m/s
you are right slightly rounded.
right is 16 2/3 m/s
