My post meal blood sugar is between 72-85 since last 10 yrs & i am 26 will it have any long term effect on my health

its not too bad
my uncles was 44 and he doesnt have diebeties
anyway...it wont effect your health
talk to ur Dr. to get more info

My diabetic specialist nurse told me that it WAS as bad to have too many hypos as it was to have too many hypers. Obviously you need some help with your control (maybe reducing the amount of insulin, increasing your food intake slightly etc) so go see your diabetic nurse

You might want to get checked for hypoglycemia. It's can be as dangerous as diabetes, but sort of works opposite.

YES...YOU CAN DEVELOP DIABETES BY YOUR HEMOGLOBIN A1C, AND THE FOODS YOU EAT, ETC.
