Asking those who may have legal knowledge...not looking for just opinions. As I've had more work done on remodeling and other projects, I can't count the number of times I've been told somebody would come out to give me an estimate, or even do work, but they don't show up. When biz is good, they apparently don't care if a job is lost. Usually the appt. is during normal biz hours, so that means I take time off from work to meet them at home, and then they don't show. Has also happened with service agencies (Cable, Phone..although they will usually negotiate a discount or credit on my bill if the rep never shows up). Is there legal backing to charge somebody for the couple hours of time I take off work, or even wknds if they say they are going to show up and never do. Doctors and others charge a fee if customers don't show. Can I email/fax contractors an agreement before hand for them to sign noting this potential fee? Seems like a good contractor would agree to the terms.

I get alot of boils I think under my arms and a few other places is it caused by shaveing or what and what can I do to help stop them. They get so sore and I try to pop them and sometimes I get alot of pus out and others not so much but they drive me crazy.

I love discovering new genres of music. I'm just getting into country. In my region the alternative, rock and roll, hip/hop etc. seem to dominate. So I don't know many country artists except for the big names like Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions of good artists? Good looking cowboys lol?

I'm looking to make a country version Christmas CD with holiday classics that have that genuine southern or winter cabin feel.

I have 3 boys age 10, 12 and a baby boy thats 11 weeks. With my hubby, thats 4 boys and me. They are always on the video games and computers (one of the kids use mine) and Im always feeling left out. As soon as my husband walks in the door everyday (Im a stay at home mom), he goes straight for the computer, etc and hes on it until all hours of the night. I think its great that hes bonding with the 2 older boys, but Im doing everything at night and on the weekends. While theyre doing their fun things, Im still doing the chores, taking care of the baby and everything else. I do this all day and I dont get a break. I feel ignored, invisible and like a robot maid. Ive voiced this to him and he knows how I feel, but nothing has changed. We have a great relationship and this is the only thing that bothers me. I know if I asked him to do something specific he would but Im torn because i feel like id be taking him away from doing something he loves to do. Am I being selfish?

O.k.
I am 40 weeks 2 days, I was at a 2 on Thurs. My doc
stripped my cervix, and said I should go into labor in 24 hours
So , when that didn't happen I drank castor oil.
Contractions started and lasted about 3 hours, 15 minutes apart. They were some what strong. Then they stopped.
I tried castor oil again, I woke up at 4 am from VERY strong contractions but, they were all over the place, 1 minute apart then 5 then 2 etc. This lasted for about 2 hours and then nothing again.
I had been losing my plug slowly for about 2 weeks, but yesterday I lost a large amount two different times, it was about the size of a 50 cent piece and had blood streaks.
My questions are, has anyone else had this happen and when did labor start ? any suggestion on getting it started ? and has anyone ever heard of castor oil causing harm to a baby (like making him mess in the sack ?)
The Daddy won't have sex(he thinks he is going to hurt the baby)
3rd baby,induced with the other two early.

the WPA was created during the great depression as a means of putting people back to work, doing things like building dams, roads, skilled work for the government, etc.

you always hear a lot of people on welfare staying on it because the kind of jobs they are qualified for pay less than what they would get for welfare, so why dont we just guarantee everyone a job and make people on government assitance do community improvement things like pick up trash, do various things for the government, etc. rather than just giving them a handout? And for the single moms that complain about not having anyone to watch their kids or daycare being too expensive, some of them can work as daycare providers.

Court officer needs to levy the rent on the tenant of this landlord who I took to court because she would not give me my money back from the court judgment I won. Landlord is UNCOOPERATIVE. I need to find out the name of the tenants there. I cannot go through the mailbox to get a name, so any legal ways?? I HEARD something of a Certificate of Occupancy, from the local Board of Health, where the landlord must acquire and it will have the names of the tenants on there..true or false?

Okay I was outside hanging christmas lights and I felt something on my arm. It felt similar to a fly but heavier so I figured it was just a big fly. So I kinda shook my arm and when it didn't fly away I looked at my arm and saw this GIANT black ant with a huge pointy but. It was definitly either an ant or ant related because it was shaped just like an ant. No wings. It's butt was big and kindy pointy. It was black it may have had yellow stripes on it's butt, but I'm not sure i only saw it for a second before i freaked out and flicked it off and ran in the house! It was at least 3/4 of an inch long I would guess more around an inch or more though.
