You confusing what has been written.

They speak of 'having sinned' before they found the word of god (or whatever you want to call this path of righteousness).

Yes, every man does sin, but some men sin more than others.

And some men only sin in a miniscule and tiny fashion.

A few might even get by without sinning whatsoever (hermits living on mountains, for example).

We ALL inherit sin as part of our nature. I believe that we are sinners from our conception. Sin is actually doing something that is against Gods will and we all do that even Christians.
You have certainly answered your own question, especially with 1 John ch1 vs 8-10.

every human sins at least once.
except jesus,he was the only person who walked this earth,WHO NEVER SINNED.
its impossible for someone NOT TO SIN,
every one does it al least once.
but as long as were with god,it becomes less easier and easier to sin.
cuz barely any times come up when we feel like we should lie,or get drunk,or break the law!
thanks for your question.
Let us Pray.

ALL men sin (and women too). There is no one that goes through life and NEVER sins (at least not in about 2000 years...I only know of two that NEVER sinned and never had the taint of original sin). That is why Jesus came to us, to tell us of salvation by the repentance of our sins.

we're all born sinners, meaning imperfect, we miss the mark of perfection. BUT we shouldn't practice sin, there's a difference.
"For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left".

Yes, everyone sins. That is just part of being human. But if we repent, and are truly sorry, God will forgive us.
