I work in a store, where every day I work at least an 8 hour shift, only sitting for half an hour at lunch time, the rest of the time I am running back and forth from the front of the store to the back and carrying heavy stuff.
When I first started working there I lost about 14 pounds, but now I am at a stand still. I'm 5' 6" and about 150-153 pounds, depending on if it's a good day or not =P If I'm already doing so much in a week with my job, what should I be doing to continue losing weight? *Luckily* I haven't gained any back, but I stopped losing. I consume about 1800-2000 calories a day as it is.
Suggestions please? Thanks.
