Xbox can't have those games you listed because they are too big... the games you listed are over 26 gig on 50 gig ps3 blueray. THe 360 uses 8 gig dvds... SO if the devil may cry people want to create a short game the best excuse to do it is to for the game to go multiplatform.
THe ps3 has 19 more exclusives coming to it's console in 08. So don't get stressed cause even Call Of Duty 4 a multiplatform game played better on the ps3 and had better more refined graphics and physics due to the 50 gig capacity and the producer taking the extra time to take advantage of the ps3 50 gig. Dirt multiplatform also looked way better on the ps3 version.
GTA 4 will take longer for the ps3 version just like Call of duty 4 because the producers actually care about their product and want to take advantage of the ps3 GPU and CPU as well as 50 gig game disc capacity. THe 360 is just a last generation hd upscaler so there is much to due with outdated dx9 graphics on the 360. .
Please Rockstar take your time because when I dropped 60 bucks I want to know the game is worth it.
By the way GTA is supposed to be on multiple disc for the 360, and the ps3 version is on 1 huge 50 gig disc.

"Heavenly Sword Folklore Uncharted Drakes Fortune Time crisis 4 Tekken 6 Haze Ratchet and clank FTOD Soulcaliber IV Killzone 2 Little Big Planet Metal Gear Solid 4Resistance and Gran Turismo Final Fantasy God of War 3"
These are Exclusive Games, That Sony have made, these Games will NEVER be shared between Xbox, These games are Sony's Only Gold
Yes, Xbox also has Exclusives, which will never be sold the rights to Sony i.e. Bioshock, Halo, Forza etc etc Microsoft made games
PS3 Is not Willingly Sharing these Games, these are made by different Game-Makers e.g. Rockstar etc
Whats funny is that GTA is i think ready for Xbox, but isn't for the PS3, and theres some maybe untrue words that GTA may be released early, for the Xbox users, as the PS3 version is taking much longer to make for
EDIT: Also what happened is that because PS3 took longer than expected to be released some Game Makers sold the rights also to Microsoft, as they feared they wouldn't make much. Assassins Creed i think was originally an Exclusive, but eventually sold to Microsoft as-well

The PS3 and Sony isn't "sharing" some of it's previous exclusive games, it's just that Sony didn't pay the developer to keep it a PS3 exclusive.
I really didn't see Devil May Cry 4 as a big Playstation exclusive anyways. I could care less if Sony lost that game. Also, I don't know if you know, but Bioshock will be coming out on the PS3, and I'm not joking.
The games that are developed by Sony are guaranteed to be on the PS3 only no matter what. Games like: Uncharted, Rachet and Clank, God of War 3, Killzone 2, Resistance, and Gran Turismo are guaranteed to be PS3 exclusives because they are developed by Sony.
However, the other games that you listed like Haze and Metal Gear Solid 4 will be PS3 exclusives as well because the developers for these games have already announced that a Xbox 360 version will not be made and it's a PS3 exclusive only even though these games aren't produced by Sony.
Also, a future Final Fantasy game probably wouldn't be released on the 360 because the Playstation consoles are known for it's RPG's and Final Fantasy games. RPG games like Final Fantasy aren't popular on the 360 anyways.
The PS3 does has plenty of hope. Basically, it all depends if Sony pays the developer to keep a specific game exclusive or if the developer wants to keep the game exclusive. Third party games aren't guaranteed to be exclusive, but if the developer decides to make the game for the PS3 only, then it will remain a PS3 exclusive.

The game creators are the ones that decide which console(s) to release a game onto.
In some cases if the studio is owned by the console maker, this is a rather obvious decision... For instance, Bungie was owned by Microsoft, which is why all the Halo games were only released on the Xbox (and later, PC). Insomniac, maker of Ratchet & Clank is another example. These are called first party games, and very, very, VERY rarely (if ever) show up on other consoles.
Other companies, like Ubisoft, EA, Square Enix, etc. are 3rd party companies. They can choose to release a game onto a single platform, making it an exclusive, or onto multiple consoles. In some cases, the console company may try to pay a 3rd party to make a title exclusive - even if just for a little while.
In the past, there were many exclusive games for each console. Multi-platform releases were rather rare, except for the gratuitous movie-tie in games, which get shoveled onto every gaming platform in existence...
However, with games nowadays using much higher production values in terms of higher resolution graphics, voice acting, full symphonic sound, etc. the cost of making games has skyrocketed. Some games, like the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 4, is expected to cost in the area of US$30 million - that's more than some modern day Hollywood movies! Combined with today's market where no single console has overwhelmingly dominated the market, it's an awfully risky venture to release such a game onto just one console. As a result, this generation, we're seeing a lot of previously exclusive franchises, like Devil May Cry, go multi-platform.
If the game is from a third party company, it's hard to say if it will remain an exclusive on a console, or eventually move over to another console. A good example would be the Grand Theft Auto series, which was one of the biggest franchises for the PS2. However, the original Xbox got the GTA games, albeit a few years after they had been big hits on the PS2.
From previous experience, if it's a 3rd party game that's only announced for one console, it could appear on another console - but usually not for another 6-12 months.

dude chill.... the ps3 hasn't even begun to fight back.... trust me its hard for a game to stay exclusive because making games are getting more and more expensive so the companies that make the games need to sell more copies.... and besides sony has a huge team of game developers designing more games than the 360 and the wii combined and almost all of them will be ps3 exclusives....

they do it because they know that any of the console cost a lot, and they know that a lot of people wont buy 2 different ones, so they share the games to make a profit.
