Breast cancer??????...so a friend of mine thinks she might have it i will say why in the details?

she says she has a yellowish crust on her nipples, that her nipples go in and out (or whatever) and she says dat she has a random black hair on her left breast shes pretty scared and she didnt wanna ask so i will do it for her. please give good answers not smart *** stuff thanks!
