Do not take any chances with your eyes!!
There may be procedures available, but the complications are more than the advantages

You can alter the shape of your eyelids . Japanese women do that to look more Westernised. But no surgery gives you larger eyes.

You can't make your eyeball larger.
You can have eye lid surgery to make more of the eyeball visible but it carries a risk of making the lids not close completely causing dry eye.
