I stopped at a yield sign in order to yield to another vehicle. I was then hit from behind. The man claimed he could not find his insurance information but did write down all of his correct personal information, liscense and plate numbers. He contacted me and said his insurance is no longer valid but that he is willing to pay for damages. Do I still need to report damage to my insurance company? Should I get a lawyer? There was no police report filed. please any advice is appreciated.

I used to cry all the time. Over everything. But over the past year and a half or so, I have noticed a huge change. I haven't been able to cry. I will try, but the tears just wont fall. When I get sad, I will just sit there, with my knees up to my chest, and stair at the wall. I just go into this major depressed mode. And I wont say anything. Ill just sit there. I might listen to some music, but slow sad songs. I am starting to get worried that I may have something wrong with me.
Things i get sad over are little things, like guys, past problems, and I have major low self esteem issues. Many people constantly try to convince me that I am "beautiful." or "stunning" but i don't believe them. I think that I am fat and ugly and many people are prettier then me. I sometimes (this sounds pathetic) will just stand in front of a mirror and degrade on myself. constantly putting me down. I don't like to show that I am upset around people either. I have a way of hiding it like its not there. Help

My six year old son is in cubscouts and has just earned his first badge. There is another boy in the troop, who is the only one that doesn't have a cubscout shirt. I felt very sad for him when he told me his mom was trying to find one. I think he should have something to display his badge on. I would happily buy him a shirt myself, but I am afraid of offending his mother. Also she has an older son in scouts that has no shirt and I am concerned that it would make him feel bad. What do you think? Should I buy a shirt for him, or not?

Remember when the animal rights people would throw paint on someone who was wearing a Fur coat to protest the killing of these poor animals just for "Fashion". Well, I feel the same thing is happening when Americans drive around in GAS HOGS, when OUR American people are dying over there for WHAT, for the almighty GAS and Dollar for that gas. Also, the government receives the Tax revenue from this gas. I'm not talking about people who commute to work in economy cars, I'm referring to the Gas Guzzling Hummers that are Just a "Fashion Statement". Am I alone on this , or is there something else that I don't understand??. Please Educate me if I am wrong. There are other countries that have been able to find other alternatives; Brazil for one uses Corn and converts it into fuel or petrol.

Ok lets say you win the lottery 26 million dollars Cash NOT annuity..
What is the process after that.

1. Should I go to the lottery agency alone, or with a lawyer?

2. How much does the lawyer take in for coming with me?

3. Can i Collect the money without being all over the press?

4. How long does it take for the check to arrive to me?

5. When going to the bank can I just show up and deposit a 12million dollar check??

6. This is the most important question of all? Since I wont tell anyone about my winnings, BUT how do you tell your parents and sister? Or should I just NOT tell them, and help them little by little??? I know is tuff not telling them, But I will be afraid they could be in danger because they might tell someone and someone could hurt them or something???

I will also take more ADVICE if you have some...

They were amazing Amare Stoudemire averaged 37.0ppg on Tim Duncan in that series vs San Antonio. I can't stop thinking about that season in the playoffs it was great thats when I first became a Phoenix Suns fan in the 2005 NBA Playoffs.

Just wondering. Most elementary schools put on some kind of holiday program, usually with an emphasis on Christmas and a few songs thrown in of the other major religions holidays around this same time. Does it bug you? Would you let your child participate in this?

so my boyfriend sister absolutely hates me and i disslike her. she had said that I am not good enough for him and has told him that his whole family thinks I am a gold digger and and trapped her brother by having our child (BTW I made more money that he does), now, everytime i see them all I can think about is what they said about me which is sad because they havent made any effort to get to know me in the last year and a half. I feel like she is trying to break us up by telling him these things and especially since she has told me she can tell him things to break up with me. Is it wrong for me to think she is a horrible pathetic person and I dont want her around me our my family?

Everyday I come home from work I usually tell my husband about my day and how it sucked and tell him about the mean customers i get. It seems like my husband is always aginst me when I tell him a situation. Tonight I told him that (btw I work at a arts and craft store) I got this customer who got really pissed at me when I explained to her about a return policy. She was buying a hand crafted bow topper for her xmas tree. Hand crafted items are not refundable. She flips out because she is not understanding me correctly and starts to call me a smart @$$. So I was like "Mam you need to calm down" and then customer says "your a dumb *****, and your are EFFIN RETARDED" and starts waving the stupid bow in my face and she got freaking glitter in my eye. I then say "F YOU. Get out of my line" I shut off my register light and go to my manager. The customer denied calling me all that... so I denied saying "F u" because no one heard me
