I've been legally married to my ex who lives in Great Britian. However, we have been legally seperated for almost seven years. Yes, seven years he lives there I live here. I went to a lawyer for a divorce and he told me I would have to hire a International Immigration divorce lawyer. When I went to see one it was over four thousands dollars for a divorce to a man I haven't seen in six years. Isn't there like a law that if you been legally seperated for so many years you could be considered divorced. Kinda like common law marriage, but divorce? If there is such a thing does anyone know what it is called?

Do you ever get ideas for questions from other peoples questions and does it bother you if they get ideas off your questions??
I have to say that because of all the brainfarts and kids and worry in my life, I've forgotten a lot of things.So I get ideas off other people 'cause I've been reminded of songs and musicians. and it inspires me to look the stuff up and come up with a few questions myself. and I'm learnin' somethin' new that I Didn't know.

Hope that don't tick nobody off.

My crush she seems to laugh when i do something stupid she really got laughing with a group of people and today i noticed she was laughing with me and looking at me and sometimes il randomly turn and she will be looking towards me (the looks with the little grin and big eyes).So does she like me she also once told me i was cute. But she acts indifferent towards me like she totaly ignores me (i do to b/c im nervous i think she is the same way but she is not shy)and she has a couple guy friends. Im 18 she is to. I also noticed when im in her presence she is always messing with her hair i dont know if its all the time our just when im around. She acts kinda of flirty with her guy friends but doesnt lead on that there more then friends. IDK if she has a BF. Im confused b/c her and this one guy are always around eachother in school

I'm an Indian Hindu girl married 1.5 yrs back(marriage registered,no kids) after which I went to UAE.I came for vacation alone to Parents & then to in-laws who dint want to keep me & mentally tortured me so much that i came back to parents.I had also brought my gold set alongwith me from UAE to keep in my mother's house,but had no intention to leave husband.Also my husband isn't getting my visa issued now.So I'm still in India.I wrote to him to support me with 20,000/- monthly as he was supporting me with just 3,000/- monthly and that too only after we had written to him.I'm thinking of filing 498A case against husband & in-laws,which they came to know in advance.Now my in-laws claim that I left him on my own,left in-laws too out of choice and now demanding money from husband to extort & harass him.But I have no such intentions.They say I HAVE LODGED FALSE 498A CASE.What do I do now?My family is too simple to fight for me & I have no support.

Will I get justice?My in-laws are cunning.

I had a fire on September 18, 2007 - I am still living in a hotel. With this new microwave recall today, I decided to check on my microwave. ( Even though I thought my insurance company had done their homework) My microwave had a recall for FIRES in 2001. I of course was never notified. What recourse do I have with Kenmore/Sears ? Sometimes during a phone call (and my DSL desktop computer is on), I hear a short burst of touch tone numbers being dialed. Having occurred during two different phone calls, I'm pretty sure its a dialer virus.

However, there is no detection of such from my AVG Free edition virus scanner, Spybot Search N' Destroy or Crap Cleaner.

Is there any other way I can manually seek out and find a dialer virus? What file names and extensions should I look for?
