I have thin blood; which means I cannot hold in body heat to save my life! So I have sheets, and 3 thick comforters that I sleep under with lots of pillows.

No lol I don't live in a cold climate- I just can't keep myself warm. We fight over the thermostat all the time becuase I'm the only skinny, cold-natured person in the house with 3 other "thicker" hot-natured GRUMPIES!

I have a cotton (t-shirt fabric) sheet set, a blanket and a comforter! I sleep under them all but I want the temp in my bed room while I'm sleeping to be between 60-68 dregrees. I have 7 pillows

I like it cool at night, and up here it gets down below zero, so layering in bed is what I do. I use two cotton sheets together on top, one or two waffle-weave blankets and sometimes a comforter. Whatever combination works. That way the room can be cool for good breathing, and it's nice and cozy under the layers. No socks for me.
