Recently I posted a prayer request. I suffer with anxiety and agoraphobia. It has been debilitating for me, and I have since suffered with toothaches avoiding the dentist. I am scheduled for a root canal on Friday at 12:30. I have been praying consistantly and I want to tell you all that your prayers have also been helping. I prayed for a later date in the week last weekend because the only available apmt at that time was Tuesday and I need my boyfriend to be with me, and this day is difficult for him, and for me. On MONDAY morning, the dentist called with an opening on Friday, which gives us both alot of time to prepare. I had several signs that had the word, "Miracle" in them over the weekend... laughing in my head saying, "Yeah right", and sure enough, God answered my prayer on Monday. Nothing is more encouraging then answered prayers. Please pray for me again, that I am calm, brave and content in the dental chair, and before hand, in Jesus name. I never believed in anything more.

I have a problem i'm overweight or so it seems to me... I don't eat like a pig but i still tend to gain weight. About 3 months ago i came to college and all they have here is **** food (fast food), i was 185 pounds when i came to college but im 6'2 so thats not too bad but after 3 months of college i hit 210 pounds... im trying to get my workout back what kind of workout could i do to get mass and cut (both are equally important important) like im a little overweight trying to get a nice beach body...

some sort of a muscle gouping or reps or anything would help thanks = ]

okay well i was with him for about 3 months and then i had my doupts about us and i thought he was going to break up with me so i decided that i had to end things but as soon as i told him his friend explained to me that he was really busy with family so then i felt like a b**** then i tried to fix things the next day but he was really upset so e walked away. anyways now its been about 2 months almost and i have realized im really in love with him and that i want him back. and things have started getting better in the past week. everyone says that he still likes me alot and that i havent lost him. but he can barly look at me and when he does he looks really sad and i want another chance to fix this because i love him and i kno he loves me and hes just scared im gonna hurt him again so i guess im ask how i sould go about telling him i want and need him and i want to fix this?

Hi guys, I am 22 and have had mild/moderate acne for a few years now. I also have fairly dry skin. I wash my face twice a day, morning and night, with cetaphil cleanser and put on aveeno moisturizer. I also have alot of fainter red spots from previous acne that stays for months afterwards. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to solve this problem. I am not trying proactive or acne free or accutane. I am looking more so for over the counter products as my acne is not serious. I tried Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash and it tore up my face making it EXTREMELY dry, red and flaky. Any input would be very much appreciated.

I have read that the single greatest contributing factor to global warming is methane gas, the majority of which is produced by decaying plant matter in asian rice paddies, not from the industrialized west. Is this true?? If so why isn't Gore & Co. demanding they develop alternative food sources???

I had a couple of questions i just got my rate as a HM and head to boot camp July. How are the classes conducted once out of boot camp is there more books than with hands on? Also when will the chance of Seals be mentioned since I'm really thinking hard about it? But for right now I'm in the reserves due to custody problems with my kid.Still wondering if I could get into the Seals? Another question if i change my mind with Seals will the chance of FMF be given and how do i go about to get into FMF? Thanks in advance for any responses and help.
