Do you ever get ideas for questions from other peoples questions and does it bother you if they get ideas off your questions??
I have to say that because of all the brainfarts and kids and worry in my life, I've forgotten a lot of things. So I get ideas off other people 'cause I've been reminded of songs and musicians. and it inspires me to look the stuff up and come up with a few questions myself. and I'm learnin' somethin' new that I Didn't know.

Hope that don't tick nobody off.

Blue moon of Kentucky is a SMASH by Bill Monroe...and yes i do it all the time, i get great ideas from a lot of the people on here sometimes when they ask a who-where-or when question, it gives me an idea to do a mini quiz on that person especially if i hadn't heard anything about them in a while...i'm like you, i'm learning a lot everyday..i know a lot about RECORDS -titles and who sang them cause i've been collecting them for over 40 years now..other stuff..i read a lot and ask a lot of questions when i go to concerts....YOU SEE HAFER..YOU'RE GETTING GOOD WITH THESE QUESTIONS.

I do get ideas from others and their questions or answers jog a memory that does at times help me when I go to post questions. Sometimes I just like to see whatever they have to say. Given the choices I would have to say Patsy's version but then Bill Monroe's version is a different thing since it is Bluegrass and I like that too

Doesn't bother me inthe slightest. I think it is great because it just adds to the information we get to gather. If it were not for seeing some of these names, I would probably not be prompted to dig out some older stuff that My mom had and had not seen the light of day since she passed away. I feel exactly like you do.

as to your first question...absolutely. as to your 2 nd question, no. i'd take it as a compliment (not that anybody's done it yet). as others have said, we're just here to reminise, jog memorys, and have a good time...no offense taken...great question (patsy cline)

Yep, one memory triggers another, find myself thinkin' 'that reminds me!' & gotta ask another question.
Gotta go with Bill Monroe on "Blue Moon..."
