Oh my..no words to express how bad things are right now...Atlantic City..Won NOTHING??? sorry for those of you who wanted me to win big? My daughter was in a bad car accident today with the lousy snow weather here..she is hospitalized and i am NOT going to be on here like i used to be ..Sorry?? I will still get your emails and i will try to answer with my comp at the hosp.Can you guys pray for her speedy recovery for me???? I realize that anyone can be friends, but according to the scriptures(if you choose to believe) two people can not fellowship together unless they believe the same thing. How is that even possible? I have friends and we don't always agree on the same topics yet we remain friends.

i`m a sophomore right now, and im planning to take a vocational high school next year and my senior year.
* i`m planning to be an RN.

by my senior year, i would have my HS diploma, a certification
or CNA ( certified nursing assistant) and college credits..

after my senior year, i`m planning to go to a community college
to finish my associates degree..

after i earned my associates degree, can i still go or transfer to a university to earn my bachelor's?

I'm not exactly over the moon about it. I had hoped to find someone to grow old with, but thats not the card I've been dealt.

I'm pretty much having treatment after treatment forced on me. Don't misunderstand me, any treatment that would extend my life would be welcome, but this isn't it. This is just extending my death.

With 'pallative' treatment I would have about 18mo, most of which I would be able to enjoy, relatively able-bodied. Instead, I have to have chemo after chemo, meaning I'll be spending the next 3 years in a drawn out death, going hospital bed - my bed - toilet - sick bowl.

However, because I am only a 'child' until I reach 18, I have no choice in the matter, and my mother just can't let me go.

Do you think I am being selfish for wanting more of a say in this?

My favorite book at the moment is In Cold Blood by Truman Capote.
So, it's a murder mystery type of book. And that book just left me in awe. A book that can evoke such emotion out of me is a great book.
So, I want a book that is like a murder mystery type of book, with the investigation and all that.
In Cold Blood is a non-fiction book, and I wouldn't usually read nonfiction but it was for my AP English class. The book is nonfiction, but it's written in a way that seems like fiction.
If you can give me specific books, not just authors, that are similar to that. They can be fiction or nonfiction.

I just purchased a new PC, and all I've heard for the last year was how horrible and useless Vista is. The kids at the Best Buy did try to convince me that Vista is the way to go, but I did hear that they (and everyone else,) had to be forced by Microsoft to use Vista on the new machines. Its not impossible or even difficult for me to put XP on my machine (I even have my old discs from the old PC,) but if they weren't just trying to sell me on what I heard was the worst version of Windows ever (even more so then Windows NT,) I guess I can leave it on. Advanced Windows users and Vista Victims or Vista lovers free to answer.

I don't have the World Book of Coins so i can't grade it, but does anyone know how much a Hong Kong Dollar dated 1960 in very good condition worth in USD, if anything? I'm not looking for the exchange rate, I'm wondering if this coin is worth anything to a coin collector.
