When occupied on a script or translations, I am usually in a solitary state of mind (at home) and seclude myself; when teaching dance, I tend to be physically expressive and open with my students, for obvious reasons.
This year, there have been other ventures I've chosen to pursue, which in their majority could be considered rather social ones, and during which I have been mostly extroverted.

This question really is are you in control of the role you play at work or school. Do you control the role or does the role control you.? For example the CEO of a company at work is in control. He can hire, fire, make deals and work with vendors. He is the man, he is an extrovert. However, at home is is an introvert. His wife purchases the groceries, when she has time from her job, orders the furniture and decides where to go on vacations. At home he is dependent on his wife. Depending on what your position at work is, will determine if you are an extrovert or introvert at work.

i fill the gap, i'm a social chameleon.
if there are no extroverts, i try to draw the others out from being introverted.
if there are a bunch of extroverts, i just hang back & take it all in...
besides, it makes me more intriguing to the others if i pretend to be an introvert, with some quips of witty humor now & then.

Usually more of an introvert at work because I'm in the zone. I get more work done this way. When there nothing that needs to be done right away however I am as loud as the rest of them.

I was an introvert, but a cool one. People respected me because whenever I said something, it was witty and I could kick anyone's as* and they all knew it.
