can having sex too soon in a relationship ruin it? someone told me that if i have sex with this guy i've been seeing that we'll never have a real relationship. is this true?

It depends on they guy... and on how mature you both are. If you know his intentions with you are good and genuine. But if you have doubts about him then don't do it, because you will regret it and I know that it can be the worst feeling. I had sex with my boyfriend a month after I met him and we are still together and we love each other. Be smart about it, that's the best advice that I can give you. Good luck

If u have it to early then yes. If your not in the mood and it's something that fills your day, then yes it will ruin your relationship. If u truly love him then u will do it eventually and it will make your relationship stronger.

It certainly can be true. Anything done out of sequence has the potential for disastrous results, and strangely, we're all physically capable of having sex long before we're mentally ready to handle to complexities of such an arrangement.

it might not ruin the relationship, but it might base the relationship (if it is so soon) on that..understand..like sex might be the only thing that keeps yall together and you probably dont want that..

I would advise you wait a while at least 4 or 5 months. To make him wait to see what it would be like tell him to wait because what if you really dont end up likeing him

Well, if you give it up to him in the first month then he'll probably think you're 'easy' and so the relationship probably will end sooner rather than later (though there are exceptions).
