A ship on the ocean surface detects a sunken ship on the ocean floor at an angle of depression of 50 degrees. the distance between the ship on the surface and the sunken ship on the ocean floor is 200 meters.if the ocean floor is level in this area,how far abouve the ocean floor to the nearest meter ,is the ship on the surface?

i got tan50 200/1.191 and got x equals 168 M but i dont know if i am right,can you guys plz correct me , i m just getting the hang of this.

ok well my bestfriend named chuck is a serious player, always trying to hook up with some1 new hes also liked the richest and good looking guy in school and is constantly an asshole to every1 but me, however he just started dating my best friend thats a girl who ive known for like a year who has been completely smitten with him since the day shes seen him and they have been going out for about a month, yesterday he told me that hes just trying to get in her pants and hes gonna have sex with her this weekend and the second after hes gonna break up with her. I've never had dentures and mine seem not to fit very securely. I have to apply adhesive all over them to get them to fit without wiggling all over. I have big gaps in some area of gum and denture and one side of the upper seems to hang lower than the other no matter how much goop I squeeze on it. Seems the more goop the less I can taste anything. Help! Dentist says I just need to heal and them reline. I don't want to try to fix ill fitting dentures with more "bandaids."

Apparently perfection is dull. Apparently he did not want to create mindless puppets. Yet, how can he PUNISH that which he gave birth to? I don't care if "God" is devious, all I want to know is the logic behind his actions.

According to the bible, the only way to please "God" is to give up free will, and surrender our will to him. Thus making us his puppets, which brings me back to the beginning. Why?

I am 23 years old and I am single (I plan to keep it that way). I have a lot of friends who got married at a young age (e.g. 19, 20, 21). I'm getting the impression now that these guys are somewhat envious of the lifestyle I choose to live and if they could go back and do it over again, they'd choose to stay single like me and have a more independent lifestyle. I was wondering if there are any other guys out there who seem to make their married friends jealous. How do you deal with them?

I get extremely painful night time cramps in my calf muscles. I know it is not from over exertion or injury. It started a few weeks after my Dr put me on steroids (prednisone) but I'm not sure if that is the cause. It is the most painful thing I have ever experienced and occurs many times every night. Please help me if you have ever had this painful problem and found an answer.

If someone was mostly honest and kind to others and has good morals would he/she ever turn into one of the worst villains ever? If you read Macbeth, it shows that a hero becomes corrupt because he is tempted. Some people I've known in the past were good before but then changed into something totally different. DO you think love issues could have cause this?

Do you think it was because they were betrayed by their friends? What makes a good person go bad? Also why is the good person who goes bad seems stronger when they are bad?

The inquisition has been highly over rated in High School History courses because protestants and others have been taught exagerations. If it weren't for the inquistion you would be speaking in Arabic and praying to Alah. Many protestants criticise the Catholic Church for teaching about the Eucharist and the 7 Sacraments, yet the Eastern Churches and the Orthodox Church teach the very same things? Yet High School history in many places, doesn't even teach about the "East." The Middle Ages are called the "Dark Ages?" Why, only to make the church look bad. But the reality is that the Catholic Church built western civilization. Why not look at various issues in the Catholic Encyclopedia in your local library and see the Church's side of the issues? Because High School History courses have the motivation of making the Catholic Church look bad in order to promote a false idea of the Reformation. But the reality is that now kids are having no faith at all, except secularism.

Why don't republicans care about anything expect themselves? It seems that all repubilcans come from sheltered homes where the parents were scared of the outside world, and didn't want the children too expericance the truth about the way things realy are. I can't understand how republicans can't want to help the person living in a cardboard box on the side of the road, but they can spend 50,000 on a Hummer and think it's ok. Why don't you support health care for all people in the USA? Don't you think that will help this country? Or what about Abortion? I say " kill the bastard" Why? Do we really need another child in a foster home? We all know that people are going to abpoted him/her. They go overseas nowadays. Do you really support a war that is going to cost a trillion dollars? For what? Iraq freedom? End the war, bring the troops home and protect the border....send the mexicans home if you really want to help the crime rate in this country.

I have a home work question and I am confused
I know in order to develop an allergy you must be pre exposed to the antigen, then you can develop the allergy. However some sensitivites are different some has immedicate reactions and some are delayed.. What is this question asking?????
