Seriously, it's like all the time.
I like, say something and it just like creeps it's way in.
And it's like really annoying.

One of my friends told me i sounded like a 'valley girl'
And my teacher refused to mark a piece of work until i'd removed some 'likes' Lol.
It's really quite bad !
But how can i stop saying something that i've used for like years?

lol haha i knew someone who does that. i say a few things like that as well not sure if i over use the word 'like' though. i think i use 'you know' and maybe a lot. and i dont think you can stop it.

its very hard to stop been yourself, you`ve made yourself aware of it now, so try to replace the word with something else, it will be hard at first then it will become second nature, i have a habit of saying it , but i don`t think it relay matters just be yourself kid

Wait till you get older and learn some proprer words then it stops without you even noticing it.

I sometimes find myself using that word unnecessarily too, in real life conversation of course. Typing here, I can don't do that.
Its hard to control, but I think its fine, if someone's used to it, let them be.

tell your friends to pinch you or something everytime you say it. it worked for me!
