She left me..........She doesn't want me. She cant stand me and she hates me with all her guts. She said alot of aweful things to me. I know every relationship has its problems but this is the worse. The words she said to me; will always stay in my heart forever.................... I feel very, very, very broken............ I am interested in some acreage in Columbia County, Fl. In a "Special Warranty Deed" to the current owner;" International Paper Company reserved a passive royalty interest (without right of entry) in 50% of the oil, gas, and other minerals (including clay, sand, and gravel) which were owned by the grantor prior to the delivery of this deed." It also states that the grantor does not have to contribute to the cost of any exploration for the mining, and that "this covenant is to touch, concern and run with the lands." And that the grantee can use without payment to the Grantor any clay sand or gravel for the grantees own construction on the property. This property is selling about $3K an acre below the average price. How much does this covenant reduce the value of the property, and will this royalty interest ever run out, or can they come at any time and exercise their rights? We plan to build and live here permanently, and need to understand the laws. Thank you for your help.

Okay, so is drawing an acquired skill?
Or is it if you can't draw at all, you'll never learn?
I've drawn some pretty good things.
But, then sometimes, I just can't draw at all, and it looks really bad.
So, if I keep practicing, will I get better?
Or am I doomed?

OK i was sleeping and then when i woke up my lower left side, down near pelvis, Above my growing tho and i felt the pain like it was on the other side of my hip bone. When i woke up the pain was when i took a breath. SO i leaned up and it was still hurting, the pain wasnt that bad but it was defently a pain that hurt. i dunno what i did i havent been lifting anything, but i have been outside abit and walking, playing on my computer. In 2002 a Simular thing happened to me also, i awoke to a pain near my growing and it was a bad pain that hert like a pull. i saw a docrot and all he told me was u pulled a muscule that is in a very tender area, well it took about 2 years before i could workout again with weights. well if you have any idea what these might have been, please give me some tips thanks

Tuesday it will be 5 weeks since I gave birth and im still bleeding. Its hardly any but it's been like that for the past week or so. What will happen if Im still bleeding when I go to the doctor for my 6 week check up?

if i just used nair all over my back would that work?

i think it will be too hard to use a reg. razor becuse there will be some really hard to reach areas
