For me it is PANSET
I like noodles and vegetables and the taste of soy sauce.........

I like the pork & peas and the lumpia the best. Why I chose that? Lived in Hawaii almost 15 years, lots of great Filipino food there, those two are my favorite.

I personally love Chicken Adobo! It's easy to make and it's a crowd pleaser. In addition, you can find all the ingredients for it in any super market! Lupia (similar to an egg roll) is my second favorite food from the Philippine Islands.

I would say Bicol express, why? because it is authentic, who can say no to a delicious recipe it has taro leaves and stems, pork belly, shrimp, shrimp paste, some fresh hot peppers, and it's secret ing. lots and lots of coconut milk.
The others are SIsig- good with of course beer or hard drinks. Caldereta- good to eat with rice then for dessert you can never go wrong if you eat Halo-halo. it sure water your mouth. Hehe good luck with your search.

Lumpia...mostly because it's the only Filipino food I've ever tasted, but it was awesome!

Pancit, menudo, chicken or pork adobo, lechon kawali, and of course lumpia....guess I am used to these, since my wife is Filipino.

My hubby loves chicken adobo, congi & he even ate balut!
He travels there on biz.....balut tho, he can take or leave, the adobo & congi rule!
