I have some icicle lights, but I don't see anything to attach them to whatever structure you want to hang them from--how are you supposed to hang them??

Get light clips that will attach the strands to your home at some place like Lowes or Home Depot. I personally like the ones at Home Depot best, though Lowes has started its clearance sale (25%) on all Christmas items.
The Clips at Walmart are better than Lowes (for Gutters) but not sliding beneath shingles for attaching to a home.

They sell clips for do to that with at the store in the christmas section, try looking and when you bought them if you weren't that sure you should have asked somebody to make sure that you have everything that you need.
