is there a certain way that tells you your height. and is almost precise?

You will need someone to help you, and you will need a square and a tape measure.
Stand as straight as possible against a wall.
Have your helper hold one leg of the square against the wall and lower it until it rests gently on the crown of your head. Let them then make a mark on the wall.
Then measure from the mark to the floor.
If you take the measurement immediately after getting up in the morning, and again just before bedtime, you will find a fraction of an inch difference between the two measurements.

strecth your both arms straightly - your height is the distance between the tip of your right middle finger until the tip of your left middle finger
