My client has a investment property with partner but it is not a partnership they just file schedule E. Now we need to create a LLC to protect their personal assets. What are the advantages of LLC? thanks

Who buys the bridesmaid dresses?

Flower girl dress?

Groomsmen attire?

Mothers attire?

Fathers attire?

Is a rehearsal dinner expected? How does that work? After the rehearsal everyone goes out to dinner? Who should be invited? Who pays?

Parents of bride are poor losers. Parents of groom are well off and offer to pay for wedding. Should I let them? If they pay, then should the invitation be reversed (i.e. says they request the attendance...)?

Any other advice?

And don't say it's crazy! Lol Actors do it all the time! As well as people who do voiceovers for radio and TV, audiobooks, etc. They're also good to evade bill collectors and telemarketers. =) I do a pretty good Southern, British (English) and Spanish accent, but my Jamaican needs some serious work! i would hate this to happen but i thought about this. when a place gets to big and powerful they tend to lose control over themselves. think about if because its so big and powerful, power is given to states as states get powerful they stop worry about rest of country and about themselves so they grow apart and could become separat. would could or will this happen to united states

if you tell all the guys that ask you out that you're happy being single and are surrounded by guy friends what does that really mean? Personally I think nobody really enjoys being single but it's a defense mechanism to cope with a former bad relationship. this very attractive woman i know has all these guy friends just waiting to get a shot at the title and she tells every single one of them she is just happy being single and doesn't want to date. everybody wants to date at least some time and everybody gets horny so why the facade she's putting on?

We must believe in the deity of Jesus Christ( that Jesus is God) or our Christian faith is hollow, misdirected, and meaningless. This is a central truth in Christianity.

Medical prodecures, just in case i get hurt? For example, i could learn how to sew up a bad cut in case i get careless with my kitchen knives, ro learn how to set a cast in case i break my arm somehow.

Maybe this will force doctors to stop charging outrageous exhorbitant prices for basic procedures, because they'll get competition from their own potential patients. And of course, more importantly, if they charged fair prices, more people could afford health insurance :)
