Because it could be considered lewd acts, lewd acts in public, soliciting for sex, prostitution, etc. The big problem is that you are doing it in a public place. If you don't want to get in trouble invite them to your house and meet them online or something. Don't do it at a PUBLIC park.

Its against the law!! That simple. I can't be with a women in a park bathroom, why should you be allowed to be with a guy? You want to be equal? Thats equal.
