ima freshman in high school, andi have been workin out for the past 5 months on and off but for 3 months strait. i run, i just started playing baseball, and im just and althletic person. but i mean, why dont i have a six pack? im active, i do 100+ crunches a night, but i dont even begin to see any true definitin in my abs. is a six pack generic? im also a vegarian if that has anything to do with it but i drink a protein shake b4 bed. its agggrivating, i am 10% body fat, should i be any lower, would i see results if i lowered my fat percentage?

I have a multiple unit apartment building currently with no laundry facilities on the premises. It's tough to find good tenants without having some kind of laundry on-site. I'm not sure how those coin-op services work. Do they charge you to install the machines and keep all the profits or do we lease the machines? I'm hoping another landlord can shed some light on this. If you have a recommendation, I'd like to hear it.
