all 3 of course. It depends on the vegetables and also the price too! For instance I don't think one would freeze lettuce. Carrots or Potatos can be frozen! tomatos I can different ways depending how I use them!

99.99% of the time fresh!!! i do sometimes have frozen peas in the freezer but have steamed vegies mostly always
i dont mind canned salad ones like beetroot corn & 4 bean mix but thats about it
i dont like canned carrot peas beans sorry
love baked beans & some tin spagghetti is ok sort of
