Where is the best Vacation spot?

Im 24, single, and all my friends have no vacation days left so I would have to go this one alone. I live in Wisconsin and think I want to be somewhere warmer. Where is the best place to go that would be less than $800 for the entire trip?

Las vegas
When i went by myself i had the best time of my life ever.
Gambling is great.
the girls are great.
everything is great.
All you got to do is find a inexpensive hotel and your set.

Theres a beach AND a city to party in.
