I am currently 19 wks pregnant and our little one was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition. My doctor keeps telling me that I need to get a flu shot to protect the baby, but I'm a little skeptical. I have never had a flu shot before and I'm worried that it will make me more sick than anything.

Hypothetically, lets say a buyer's offer on a house is accepted. He has 30 days until closing. According to the contract he must come up with the money at closing. During the process the buyer cannot find any funding and it looks as if the deal will fall through. Another offer is made on the home. The sellers want to accept the new higher offer, but need a release signed by the buyer. The buyer refuses. My question is, after midnight on the closing date, do the sellers need a signed release to accept the new contract? Is the former contract voided by the old buyer's failure to find financing? Can they legally accept the new offer after informing the first party their contract has expired? My wife and I are the 2nd buyers, but we're being told the seller can't accept our offer until they get a signed release. The deadbeat buyer can refuse for months and hold up everything with that logic! Is that excuse legit.

By the way we are located in Florida.

I've had dandruff for a while. I starting using this t-gel stuff and it worked really good for a while but then it stopped working so then I got head and shoulders today is the third day I've used it and my dandruff is still there. i mean i just got out of the shower and I can see the flakes. How long will it take for head and shoulders to start working? .because its so embarrassing going to school with flakes in my hair

well i am overweight
i have weird very little acne that will not go away
and i have almost noticable facial hair growth


and i know changing my eating habits and exersize will fix this
but as soon as i do that will the facial hair go away
and will the acne clear up?

Am making new regalia and want to applique satin flames to a poplin base. Never have appliqued before and am a bit nervous as to how to do it without it crunching and looking like a two year old sewed it. It's for a very formal occasion and it has to look really nice. Anyone help??????????????

I have no idea what can be wrong. My sound stopped working after I reformatted my disk, and when I tried to install AC97 again, it doesn't install no more. But, lasst time when disk for reformatted, AC97 worked, becuz I downloaded Real Player, and I prbly downloaded some patch or something. I was watching Huckabee respond to the question as to why he raised taxes in AK, after Fred Thompson's video. WHILE he was responding, something I never saw before came up (and I'm not watching it now), something from COMCAST "NEWSMAKERS" talking about the VA. WHY DID THEY CUT HUCKABEE OFF? I get mad when stupid stuff happens to Ron Paul, but I'm also mad that they can't just play CNN FEEDS AS THEY SHOULD. SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON.
