Could be a reworking of Asia or Twentieth Century Poster.
It has definitely been customised though so don't expect to be able to just find the font & type exactly like that.

try whatthefont.com..good resource.
but off the top of my head, "BODEGA" comes close to it and could be tweaked to match exactly.
