2x+y=180

Well, actually the problem is that there's a line that has three angles that add up to 180 degrees and two of the angles are equal. What is the measure of the last angle? I was thinking 2x+y=180 would solve this problem, but judging the answers I've gotten, I guess this equation is inaccurate.

for y, move 2x to other side and you get

y=180-2x

for x,
2x=180-y
divide by 2
x=90-y/2

2x+y=180

x = 90 -y/2

y = -2x +180

graph this line

pick 2 points for example:
P1(90, 0) and P2(0, 180)

join these 2 points and extend the line.

The solution to your equation is all points on the line.
