started working at present job over a year ago now.From day one I was victimised by a colleague.I said hi to her,smiled and she would just look away and ignore me.After a couple of weeks I gave up trying to speak to her and would just get on with my job.One night I was helping a customer and she yelled at me to get on with my work,all this was in front of customer.(She regularly chats to customers,colleagues and her friends that come in but nothing is said to her!!!).This happened to another colleague so we were told to go and talk to duty manager.We did and was told it would be confidential...she found out and for me life has got worse,much worse.The other colleague she talks to as tough nothing has happened.
In the end I couldnt take anymore and spoke to personel manager, he was fantastic and moved me away from her. he said I shouldnt dread coming in to work.The duty managar I spoke to previously had made no notes in our files about the complaint of this so was reprimanded and moved to different dept.(This was the final straw in a long line of mistakes)
A year on I am slowly being moved back over to work with her and she is physically pushing me now,shoving me out of the way,throwing things which catch me on the arm etc.
The final straw came a few weeks ago when I hurt my arm and couldnt do my job and asked to leave so I could go casualty.I spoke to both managers and they both said no...take some painkillers and get on with it. In the end I had to walk out as I was crying with the pain and was threatened when I left that I had better bring a sick note for the two hours or else!!!.
I had to go back in work the next night and found out that both managers had said I was a liar and there was nothing wrong with my arm and this was said to other colleagues.The thing is I have damaged the tendons in my arm and have been back to hospitol twice this week because of it.
I am overlooked for training videos,overtime hours for xmas shifts and now am called a liar amongst fellow colleagues. I dont want to go back to personel as it seems like I go running every time something goes wrong.I am writing a journal of everything that happens and my husband and friends want me to leave and go see a solicitor.I cant afford to leave for one but am getting so depressed with this job I honestly dont know what to do....any advice greatly appreciated

I am going to have a debate. The topic is "exam is not a good way to test our knowledge" (the exam here refers to paper test). And my thesis is focus on " Students only study the topics that are tested in the exams, and not those that are not tested, which defeats the purpose of the exam".

I have no idea on how to elaborate this point. Please tell me if u know. Thanks a lot!

The first 5 wrestlers drafted will be in one Brand, then the next 5 will be in another, until we reach 3 seperate promotions.

First person to answer ..... will have a #1 a draft pick choice. As the 2nd answerer will get #2 pick, then 3 and so on.

And remember that you can't pick a wrestler twice, if another asnwerer does already !! Edit if you have to , but dont pick a wrestler that is already been drafted by another yahoo answerer.


When we get to three brands, I will do some comparisons on who would benifit more in various categories.

A husband and wife and their two sons are watching TV. She looks at her husband and winks at him, he gets the message and says, "Excuse us for a few minutes boys, we're going up to our room for a little while."

My daughter came to us after fleeing violent partner. After 4 weeks she has shown signs of lacking home making, parenting, communication and social skills. Her daughter's speech is also delayed and cries for the slightest thing. If I correct her she tells me to shut up, get out, dick head and don't you dare! she will be three in January. Help please!

I have just had my Ford Focus 1.8 petrol serviced at a Ford dealer and just checked my oil level after standing overnight and it is about 1/4 inch above the maximum mark on the dipstick. I checked it again after a few minutes driving and the level was obviously lower because the engine was hot, but something that concerns me is that I noticed a few bubbles in the oil. I am now thinking that the crankshaft may have whipped up the oil, or is this just normal to have some bubbles in the oil (perhaps more noticeable because the oil is very new ) ?

What would you do if your husband had a "friend" who is a totally dishonest pig in human clothing? I mean, this guy runs an illegal IT training "institute" where he trains people who aren't even educated, creates fake resumes, and then since he is a project manager, he goes from project to project firing other well qualified workers who have done nothing wrong, to give the job to his own students who then bribe him $2 per hour for the duration of the project. THat doesn't sound like big money but it is, he makes like $40K per month doing this and those guys he places in his projects don't even know their own work!

I don't know what company he is working for, but he is always bragging about getting rid of "goras" (Americans) and ripping off our country. I think he is an H1b holder, and I know for a fact all of his students are.

I am fed up with him. What can I do?

So, I mailed my first care package to my husband about 3 weeks ago. The USPS said that the Military Mail Service would have the package in about 2 days. My husband is on a sub, so I was told that the package would be taken to his current port (if in) or his next port (if underway).

He still hasn't received it yet.

Anyone know how long it take on average to deliver the packages?

Over the weekend I worked for a friend of mine who runs a nice handmade items shop. Because the weekend after Thanksgiving is one of her busiest I worked for her on Sat. & Sun. by greeting her customers passing out Cocoa. I was to tell clients Merry Christmas or whatever to them when they came in. I had a couple that got offended. I asked them what their religious affiliation was and corrected to appease. But, when several of my Pagan and Wiccan friends came in I greeted them with Happy Yule and Candlemas. Some friends I knew were Athiests and greeted them with Happy Holidays or Merry festivus. But I got chewed out by one person that was offended by just the general holiday greetings, asked if he had a religious affiliation and apologized when he said NO very loudly. Then I told him have a wonderful day and enjoy the shop. As he and his wife left he said that it was very inconsiderate of me to say such things to people I did not know. I explained it to him like this...............
