Open AVG and go to the test center, on the left you will see a button that say's scheduler with a little clock next to it, click on that button, you should see two scheduled tasks, 1/ run scheduled scan, 2/ update plan in basic mode.
left click once on the one you want to change and click on the button down the bottom of the screen that say's, edit schedule/task, now change the times to what you want, remember to clikc OK whan finnished, now the schedule has been changed, remember to set the update to run before the scan, allow half an hour to update befor the scan is commenced.

Open AVG
Click on Scheduler in the main window, then click Scheduled Tasks button down the bottom.
This will open a new window. Select the schedule, and click Edit Schedule.
Here you will be able to edit the automatic update time

Whenever I get a tracking cookie that will happen. I have the Norton Anti Virus scan on mine. You can ever get it on a 60 free trial. It catches everything. I've also lost my screen saver before. I don't know about the AVG system I've never used it. Good Luck Das and here's a coffee for ya. Missed ya girl! You and Cowgirl are my favorites.

In the AVG Control Center, choose "Scheduler" from the list.

Then, click on the Scheduled Tasks Button and choose Update plan from the list...

Then, click on the Edit Schedule Button and set it to whatever time you want.

Open your control center, go to the view tab and select extended mode, then go to scheduler and click on scheduled tasks, select edit scheduler and then change the settings you desire.

Good luck.
