Hope, you will be best served by establishing a face-to-face relationship with a Zen master. There's no better way to initiate and sustain Zen practice. Once this connection has been established, some teachers will work with students through mail and email. Others will not.
Any genuine Zen master will travel the distance with you.
The link below provides listings of Zen centers in the U.K. Good luck in finding a teacher near you.

You have already started off in the wrong direction. You say you want "a Zen Master who is willing to teach me everything right from the begining and whom is willing to travel the distance with me".
The real question is: are you willing to go the distance to find someone from whom you can learn from? This also means doing your own homework to seek someone out. True teachers don't advertise themselves and don't suffer fools.
If you really want to learn then a great effort is necessary and you should not ask for convenience for this is a sure sign of "lack of commitment".

Get a zafu and sit zazen in your home. Occasionally, even lazily, search on the internet for a zendo in your area. Maybe, if you feel like it, you can eventually visit it. But keep sitting in your home and breathing and doing the daily thing. Don't stop living in order to find Zen, because you'll never find it. Also, there is no beginning but what you make. So really YOU are the Zen Master, and you must travel the distance. Cheers and good luck on the pathless path!

It means that you shouldn't jump the gun on what you perceive to be something you think you know. In this example, rivers and mountains are used; rivers are a classification of water, it also houses plant life, and fish, and it carves it way through the landscape, providing water to different area's and eventually dumping into the ocean. Mountains are large, rocky, has animal life, pierces the sky and changes weather patterns, has different types of plant life, and sometimes has snow. What the saying is trying to get you to think about is that you shouldn't just look at a river or a mountain and see a river and a mountain. By doing that you make the mistake of being too eager to figure things out; but by taking the time to realize that rivers and mountains are more than the sum of their parts. Then you can begin to realize that despite that, they are greater than you originally thought and you begin to appreciate them more. You then can finally begin to call them rivers and mountains with a true understanding of what they are, and why they exist. Or perhaps it means that you should be able to move metaphorically the rivers and mountains in your mind to find the true path to enlightenment; as the rivers and mountains aren't truly the grand spectacle that your mind perceives them to be, and once you harness that, you realize that they may have been problems but they aren't so unattainable that you can't pass them.

I don't think it's possible to communicate Zen through Internet correspondance, although such a person could act as a self-teaching guide rather than a true master. You should really check out if there are any Buddhist or Zen community centres in your local area because that's the best way to hook up with a master.
If you're familiar with IRC, I also would like to invite you to the #buddhism channel on undernet.org

Look deep within yourself. Look deep within nature. That is where the Zen Master resides. I am no zen master. I would love the opportunity to share experiences and the possibility of growing spiritually with someone. Even a teacher learns from thier student. I am no teacher, but maybe we can learn from each other.
Peace, Love and happiness

Blake's 7
There was a talking computer called Zen in their original ship.
After Blake was blown up trying to save the ship, they got a new ship with a talking computer called Oric.
Surprisingly, a home computer was named after Oric from Blake's 7!
