My husband and i aren't even divorced yet and i can't get along with him two minutes. He has been gone for months with military never called just thought me and my daughters died. Gets bk and i'm nice enough to talk to him about seeing his daughter he just argues i don't want to meet with you ect. I have to keep telling him i don't want to be with you either! Like he doesn't get i'm just trying to give him a chance to see his daughter I tell him bequiet just give me a time he calls me a ***** tells me he has no respect for me ect. He can't set aside his feelings for 2 mins to even talk on the phone. It is very frustrating because i just had surgery and can't afford to file divorce right now. So i have no idea when visits will happen unless he files It 's a big mess and to me he should be anxious to see his daughter not yelling at me it's so discusting!

My husband is military, we started to rent a place in Arizona, we now have to get out of the lease because he is going to go remote, which means he will be all over the state as the task force needs him. So he will not be able to keeo the rental. My husband had them put in the lease a military clause, but we are unable to produce any papers stating that he is going remote. They are verbal orders. I showed the landlord the line on his orders which states he can be moved anywhere in Arizona per task force needs, but he is saying that he needs something different from the original orders. Something that would state that he is unable to stay in the house because of a change. But my husbands base will not make new orders for something already stated. Please see the military clause I am attaching and tell me, is he right, or are we right, or what can we do? Please Help!

Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term. If said written notice is not timely given, the Tenant shall become a month-to-month tenant as defined by applicable Arizona law, and all provisions of this Lease will remain in full force and effect, unless this Lease is extended or renewed for a specific term by written agreement of Landlord and Tenant.

If Tenant becomes a month-to-month tenant in the manner described above, Tenant must give a thirty (30) day written notice to the Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence. At any time during a month-to-month tenancy Landlord may terminate the month-to-month Lease by serving Tenant with a written notice of termination, or by any other means allowed by applicable Arizona law. Upon termination, Tenant shall vacate the premises and deliver same unto Landlord on or before the expiration of the period of notice.

Military Clause: This Lease is executed with the express understanding by Landlord that Tenant is on active duty with United States Armed Forces. Therefore, the lease may be terminated by Tenant (1) 14 days after Tenant notifies Landlord, in writing, that the Tenant has received involuntary permanent change of station orders to a duty station located more than 50 miles from Phoenix, Arizona. (2) 72 hours after Tenant notifies Landlord, in writing, that the Tenant has been activated for Title 10 orders overseas (3) 14 days after Tenant notifies Landlord, in writing, that Operation Jump Start ends before June 30, 2008. Tenant will provide Landlord with a copy of such documents as may be necessary to substantiate the exercise of this military release clause. When this Lease is terminated through this military clause, the deposit will be returned to the Tenant minus $300 non-refundable cleaning fee and other fees for damages to the property, if any.

Nothing is as easy as it looks.
To succeed in politics, it is often necessary to rise above your principles.
Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.
Success always occurs in private, and failure in full view.
Two wrongs are only the beginning.
If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which a procedure can go wrong, and circumvent these, then a fifth way, unprepared for, will promptly develop.
Nothing is as easy as it looks.
Every solution breeds new problems..
If there is a worse time for something to go wrong, it will happen then..
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.

Exceptions prove the rule ... and wreck the budget.
Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first.
It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.
If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.
Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.
Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
Trust everybody ... then cut the cards.
Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first.
Everything takes longer than you think..
Two wrongs are only the beginning.

I’ve been living in the Fort Lauderdale area in Florida for almost 5 months now, and before I lived in Michigan. While living there, I got 2 speeding (10 miles/hr over) tickets and paid them right away…but I got stuck with points in my driving record and I can’t get a decent insurance rate now. I’ve heard of a course that you can take to reduce/get rid of those points. Does anybody know about this course and if so, do they have it in south Florida?

Thanks!

I recently attended an assembly at a public school and watched in boredom while a prayer was led. Later on it kind of ticked me off because it is a direct violation of supreme court rulings on the first amendment. What personally do you believe and how do you reconcile your religious beliefs with the law of the land if you have to at all?

"The Roman Church firmly believes, professes, and proclaims that those not living within the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics cannot become participants in eternal life, and that no one, whatever almsgiving he has practiced, even if he has shed blood for the name of Christ, can be saved, unless he has remained in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church."

Now I'm not terrible, my sister is a qualified artist and she is amazing but I'm really stuck for ideas.
I drew one picture that blew everyone away but now I'm out of ideas. I draw a lot of eyes but maybe I should start drawing leaves or backgrounds?
What does everyone think?

I have a real problem; my husband and I have been married for 4 years. Our marriage had been nice, not perfect but nice. He is a good guy and says he is crazy about me. The problem is he doesn’t like to talk. We worked all day and when we see each other at night I like to talk. He does not pay attention nor does he make the minimum effort to talk.

My family lives in a different country so it is not like I can just talk to them. I feel terribly sad and bored. I have opted out to go out with my friends mostly every night. I also get home late now because If I get there early I will be talking to the walls.

My husband gets mad when I go out, but he is not the best company in the world and I feel really frustrated with his lack of interest in sharing with me. I know he does not have problems at work. I have asked many times what’s going on and he says there is nothing wrong. He says it just his personality. HELP!
