Rules for the FA
1. Never build a stadium with a closing roof as you need to water the pitch
2. Never protect the pitch before a vital game.
3. Always make sure that your secretaries privide the fullest satisfaction
4. Make sure you pay your former manager 45 grand a week for the next two years after sacking him.
5. Always hire the manager that noone in the country wants then sack him when the country are proved right and give him £2 million when he refuses to resign.

that's a good one. No. 5 is so right even all clubs do it. I can really see the next manager making the same mistakes. all the England (even managers with other countries) managers always stick with the same players, (except the goalies lol as you pointed out)no matter how bad they are. they always pick the players from the top 4-5 teams in the main leagues, while alot of players from weaker clubs are brilliant players, just that the other 10 donkeys on their club teams aren't so good.
