If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLyb
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Look on the label. Tonic water isn't pure water. It has calories/sugar. It is sort of like low-sugar 7-up. Diet tonic water has 0 calories.

wow, so much misinformation in so little space- first of all, it is not the "Jewish diet" though it is the Jewish who generally take the laws of God seriously and actually follow them. There is NO biblical foundation or instruction regarding lent and a special diet for lent. Lent is a Catholic tradition rooted in things other than the Bible. The kosher diet is the Biblical diet- an instruction from the God who created our bodies regarding what should and should not go into our bodies- the instruction is not for our salvation- it is for the health and care of the bodies God gave us that we might keep these temples clean and functioning at their best, that we might be blessed with an abundant and healthy life and be physically able to do that which God called us to do. The outline of this diet is found in Leviticus. Christians who wish to TRULY follow Jesus and to obey the Lord should follow this diet- not for salvation , but beacuase of salvation. Because one loves and trusts the Lord for what is best for them, they will follow the perfect and unchanging (certainly not 'outdated' - especially if you really believe God is the same yesterday, today and forever) instruction of our living God!

Original Tonic water has Sucrose in it to balance the bitterness, of the quinine.
Now the low cal stuff does not have quinine in it and no sucrose.
