Can you make Hamburger Helper without milk? I am in a college dorm room, and I don't buy milk. Is milk an essential ingredient in order to thicken the sauce, or can you make it without?

The only time that I am able to exercise is in the morning but I have been having such a hard time getting up, I just cant seem to do it no matter how hard I try. I set my alarm clock and I tell myself that I am going to get up in the morning but I never do. I use to be able to get up right away but now I cant. I really am one of those people that must exerice because I have a very slow metabolism so I must. If you have any tips to help me get up in the morning so I can run that would be great. Thank you.

What gets you up in the morning to exercise?

My friend is going to help me tow my car to the shop for some transmission work. Its a 67 Chevy Chevelle with a 4 spd. transmission. We are going to use a dolly and tow it with his pickup.

Should the front tires or rear tires go on the dolly? I just checked and the steering wheel DOES NOT seem to lock when the key is out of the ignition.

The shop is about 15 miles away, mostly on local roads, but a few miles on the highway.

Thanks.

I think the ACUs look great!

What do you think?

I've heard speculation of them switching the pattern of the uniform from the ACU Digital pattern to the Multicam pattern?

What do you think? Will they? Should they?

A man is digging his garden one day and is suprised when his spade hits an object. Grumbling at the nuisance (whilst his horrible neighbour Mr Jones giggles over the fence at him) he bends down to inspect the obstruction.

He is astonished to find it is an old bottle. He cleans off the dirt and intrigued, pulls off the cork and 'POOF!' - a genie swirls out of the bottle!

"Master, I can grant you three wishes!" says the genie, "but be aware that whatever you ask for, your enemy shall have twice the wish!"

At that Mr Jones giggles - no love has ever been lost between the two, and he can't wait for our man to start wishing!

"Well," says our man, ignoring his hated neighbour and looking at his own poor little house, "I'd like a fifty bedroomed mansion!"

The genie claps his hands and a stunning fifty bedroom mansion takes the place of his own home! Then Jones claps his hands with glee and with no little displeasure our man sees a HUNDRED bedroomed mansion in place of Jones's house.

"For my second wish," our man says thorugh gritted teeth, "I want fifty of the most beautiful women to come live with me in my mansion." and with a clap of the genie's hands he is surrounded by a dazzling bevvy of fifty gorgeous women.

Jones gives out a yell of delight and waves at our man, for he is surrounded by a HUNDRED similarly tempting, adoring females.

"And what will be your third and final wish, master?" asks the genie.

With a sly grin whilst staring out his hated neighbour, he replies,

"Take away one of my testicles!"

Jones screams...

Hiya.
I'm a 32 year old woman. I weigh about 11.5 stone and I'm only 5 ft tall.
The weight has crept on over the last few years. I've had a couple of kids and I'm happy in life.
Problem is that although I walk along way to school twice a day, with a two year old on my back and generally pushing a double buggy with kids in as well (I'm a childminder), I go to the gym twice a week and I watch what I eat relatively well and I don't drink alcohol excessively, I cannot lose weight.
I'm quite flabby and although my general stamina and fitness is pretty good cos I can walk for miles, I can't shift the weight.
I'm wondering if I go to the doctor, whether they'd put me on some tablets to help? Or if anyone can suggest something else I'd be really grateful.
It's starting to annoy me now. I work really hard but it just isn't happening.
Please advise.
Many thanks.
A desperate JuJu

Earlier freepress02 asked, "What can our Republican folks here in the U.S. do to help their party maintain face as 2008 rolls in?"

The best answer to his question came from Mr. knowitall (modified for correctness), who said, "They can take back their party. They can rediscover the respectable values and ethics of the GOP. They can cooperate in indicting Bush and Cheney, because every day those political figures stay in office they do more damage to the laws and to our nation. Due to their fraudulent Iraq War, our nation is two trillion dollars in debt! Republicans and Democrats should acknowledge the wrongs of this Iraq War, face up to the truth in an honorable effort to set this nation's image and foreign policy set aright once again. Other than that, there is no honorable way to bring our troops back home and to end the war in Iraq as well as to end the war on terrorism.

By facing up to the truth, we, the people, will be making our world that much better.

Luther stayed hidden in the brush of the forest, barely daring to breathe through fear of scaring away tonight’s meal. He laid in wait, his arrow notched and ready.
He was tucked away from any possible danger, his jacket blended perfectly with the forest; his piercing blue-green eyes scanned the forest floor with the distinct precision of an expert huntsman. He breathed in the scent of mouldy leaves and sodden earth and flexed his fingers on his bow, ready to act should he spy any movement in the clearing. Tahesin watched in silence. The silence was broken as a mother deer entered the clearing and, after an anxious glance, she dropped her head and began to graze. The only sound that came was that of Luther stretching the bowstring and letting go the single arrow, it’s whistling shattering the air.
The unfortunate creature pricked her ears and looked up as the arrow stuck in to her side. Tahesin clasped his hands around his ears. The doe's screams sliced through Tahesin's senses, sending a jolt through him that pierced all thought. Luther slung the bow over his shoulder and ran toward his kill and hoisted that upon his shoulder as well. “Can’t get fresher than that” he said coldly. “So what do you do with it now?” asked Tahesin huskily. “I assumed you knew how to cook it” said Luther. “You just put it over the fire and turn it so it doesn’t burn. “Here you start

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how to make a spinning dance pole? What kind of parts would I need? I know most of the factory made ones consist of at least 6 inch base plates and 6 ball bearings but is there any parts I could buy from home depot to make a spinning pole?
